Mental health and wellbeing play a crucial role in both employee satisfaction and business performance. This session will introduce the Vision Zero Wellbeing Guide developed by ISSA, alongside practical business cases from leading companies on successfully managing mental health and wellbeing, and explore how the Vision Zero approach fosters engagement and dialogue, emphasizing the importance of psychological safety and strong leadership.
