INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS
Among all the papers submitted, the best ones will be selected to pass to the evaluation committee of the journal “ORPjournal“. At the bottom of the page you will find attached the manual for the submission of papers through the platform.

The official languages of the Congress are Spanish and English. Abstracts and full papers may be submitted in either of these languages.
CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
All accepted papers will be published online in a monographic issue of ORPjournal. The journal is indexed in Latindex, Dialnet and Google Scholar.

MODALITIES OF PARTICIPATION
The Scientific Committee will evaluate the contributions finally received and will define those that will appear in the conference proceedings.
Communication: Public presentation of your article at the Congress. Each main author may have a maximum of one paper. For the preparation of the presentation, the template found on the ORP2025 Congress resources page must be used.
IMPORTANT
- Failure to comply with deadlines or formats will result in the rejection of the paper for publication and its exclusion from the Congress Proceedings.
- After submitting your paper, you will be assigned an identifier number. This number will be used to locate your paper at all times, to check the status of editing and publication, and to resolve any incidents. Please keep it handy in case you need to contact us.
- Entries must be submitted electronically through the corresponding form on this website. We will not accept submissions by any other means.

Submission of abstracts
In order to submit your abstract you must complete the conference registration process. This will provide you with a registration ID.
You must choose the option “Yes, I would like to submit an abstract“, which, after filling in the form, will lead you to the Abstract Submission section.
Your registration details will be automatically transferred to the abstract submission form.
I have already registered
If you have already completed the registration process, you have a registration ID that was sent to you in the email you received at the end of the process.
You can access the Abstract Submission process, where you will be asked for this ID in order to submit your abstract.
