IMPORTANT DATES
- Closing date for abstracts: 14th February 2021
- Final decision of abstracts: 26th February 2021
- Closing date for submission of completed papers: 16 May, 2021
- Final decision of selected works: 28th May 2021
INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS
Among the works submitted, the best will be selected to be reviewed by the evaluation committee of the publication, ORP Journal. The attachment for online submissions can be found at the bottom of the page.

LANGUAGE OF ENTRY
The official languages of the Congress are Spanish and English. All synopses and /or completed works can be submitted in either of these languages.
CONGRESS PROCEEDINGS
All accepted works will be published online in a monograph of the publication ORP JOURNAL. The journal is peer-reviewed in Latindex, Dialnet and Google Scholar.

FORMAT OF PRESENTATION
The scientific committee will evaluate the entries and determine those which will be presented in the Congress Proceedings. Possible formats are:
1. Poster: With the objective of broadening the scope of entries, the possibility exists to submit posters or signs adjusting to the dimensions of the template found in the Congress file ORP2020.
2. Oral presentation: Presentation of paper (upon approval of scientifc committee and depending on time available). Limit of one presentation per author. The presentation must follow the format of the template found in the Congress file ORP2020
IMPORTANT
- Non-compliance with the format or timeline will result in withdrawal from publication and exclusion from congress proceedings.
- Once a paper is submitted, it will be assigned an identification number. This number will serve to identify the status of the entry and/or resolve incidents at any time. Please have the reference number at hand if you need to contact us.
- All entries must be submitted electronically, using the corresponding form found on this website. Entries submitted in any other format will not be accepted.
