We are a non-profit organisation that generates job opportunities adapted to people with disabilities, preferably intellectual and from Bizkaia, in order to achieve their maximum development and quality of life.

We are the largest business initiative in the field of disability in Bizkaia. We currently generate employment opportunities for more than 2,500 people with intellectual, physical, sensory and mental disabilities, through industrial and service activities. Our 21 work centres cover more than 30,000 square metres, in addition to 9 service teams, distributed throughout Bizkaia.
