The Spanish Ergonomics Association (AEE) is a technical-scientific society of Ergonomics professionals established at the end of the 1980s. Its international reference framework is the International Ergonomics Association (IEA) created 50 years ago. In our country there has been a legal framework since 1997 that includes the training program and the recognition of our discipline by the Labor Authority, without comparison with the rest of the countries concerned by the Framework Directive.
